Exceptional Homes Inc. started in 1992 and has made many families happy homeowners.  The name speaks for itself. We have received many letters from our homeowners about the exceptional building process and how we stand out from the large tract builders.  We want our buyers to know us personally, be our friends and raving fans for the years to come.  In fact, many of our homeowners are referrals from previous clients.  Our intent is not to be a large builder where the buyers are just another number.  We purposefully limit the number of homes we build each year. We separate ourselves by interacting with the prospective owners prior to the start of construction. Then the home buyer can personalize their home by buying items outside of our selection without restrictions.

We do not have multiple layers of management and spend very little on advertising.  We simply take the dollars saved and allocate them back into our homes, giving us a competitive advantage. Unlike our competitors, we allow the homebuyer onsite visits during construction (with limited exceptions). The excited homebuyer may check on the progress of their home as often as they desire
